Update on the Coronavirus

The safety of our clients, guests and associates is of utmost importance.

In light of this weekend's official communication from Mayor Lucas regarding the stay-at-home order taking effect on Tuesday, March 24, we want to reassure you that Country Club Bank and Country Club Trust Company, as "essential businesses" under the order, are open and here to serve you!

In cooperation with the guidance of municipalities and the federal government to protect the population by encouraging "no-contact services", our lobbies are open by appointment only. However, you can still easily access your investment management accounts with Client Point. If you do not currently have Client Point and would like that online access, please call your wealth advisor for more information.

The stay-at-home order and no-contact services help ensure the safety of our clients, associates and community. If you need to meet with your wealth advisor in person, please give them a call. Or, you can request a meeting via our secure online form or by phone at 816-751-4200 or 816-931-4060. We are happy to help you by phone to avoid unnecessary contact, but of course can meet in person if necessary.

At Country Club Trust Company, the health and well-being of our community is very important to us. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding all the news regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). As always, we are committed to being responsive to your needs as we continue to monitor the situation.

The safety of our clients, guests and associates is of utmost importance.

In cooperation with the guidance of municipalities and the federal government to protect the population by encouraging "no-contact services", our lobbies will be open by appointment only, limiting foot traffic inside our financial centers.

We've redoubled our efforts to disinfect work and waiting areas and to help our associates, clients and guests.

If you are more comfortable, we encourage meetings to now be held over the phone to minimize exposure to others. Of course, if an in-person meeting is preferred, we will take whatever steps required to safely meet in person.

To continue serving you, key positions within the bank are prepared to work remotely to ensure little disruption.
