We use software from a well-known provider in the industry to develop financial plans for clients. We do not use the financial plans to sell a certain product, but for client education and long-range planning. The steps to the financial plans may include all of the following:
Gathering Data: We gather all the pertinent financial data and statements needed for a complete picture of the client's financial situation. We also use a risk tolerance survey to help determine the proper investment goals and objectives.
Analyze and Evaluate Data: We analyze and assess how the current portfolio and investment assets relate to the client's investment goals and objectives. We also use the data to develop potential new recommendations that help meet the client's objectives. We look at available alternatives which may be suitable for the client prior to formalizing the financial plan and consult with in-house specialists when needed.
Develop and Present Recommendations: The output from our analysis is presented in a comprehensive report that compares the client's current investments with our recommendations.
Implementing the Recommendations: We coordinate the transfer of assets from other institutions, as needed, and take appropriate, agreed upon steps, to implement the recommendations.
Monitoring the Plan: In our meetings we review the original financial plan and the goals and objectives to see if they are still aligned with the customer's needs and the financial markets.
