Trent Barnes
Investment Banking Analyst
Trent Barnes is an Analyst with CC Capital Advisors. Prior to joining CCCA, Trent was a member of KPMG’s Accounting Advisory Services group. During his time at KPMG, Trent advised clients on various accounting issues including the adoption of ASC 842 – Leases and ASC 606 – Revenue Recognition, IFRS to US GAAP conversions, IPO readiness assessments, and post-merger accounting integrations.
Trent attended the University of Missouri where he earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Master of Accountancy. Trent holds a CPA license in the state of Missouri.
