Duties include the development of strategies and ideas to assist community banks in managing their investment portfolios and the sales and distribution of various fixed income securities. President of Asset Management Group, Inc. (AMG), a wholly owned subsidiary of Country Club Bank, since June 1998. Actively involved in the day-to-day management of the firm, and the development of strategies and products to assist community banks in managing their investment portfolios, as well as Total Balance Sheet Management achieved through comprehensive Asset Liability Reporting and Consulting. Registered Investment Advisor Representative. System architect of Portfolio Analytics Reporting System (PARS), to assist community banks in achieving optimal portfolio structure. System architect of proprietary asset liability system used to assist community banks in managing balance sheet and interest rate risks. Member of Country Club Bank’s Asset Liability Committee. Involved in the ongoing development of systems to reflect changing regulatory environment.
Sean graduated from Benedictine College in 1982 with a B.A in economics and a B.A. in business administration. He received his M.B.A. from Rockhurst College in 1985 and joined the Investment Division of UMB Bank n.a. in 1983 where his primary responsibilities included the development of investment relationships in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas.
