Dave is a Director with Northland BancPath. He provides asset/liability management consulting for bank clients to manage interest rate risk and maintain and grow interest margin through the use of the BancPath® model.
Dave holds the following securities licenses:

Frequently Dave authors the Pro Shop, a monthly report of the economy and the fixed income markets as well as current topics related to BancPath and asset/liability management issues. He has provided additional market analysis and strategy through webinars and publications offered and published by various banking associations.
Dave is a 1985 graduate of Kansas State University where he earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. For the 12 years after college, he worked for Smith Breeden Associates, a bank/S&L investment counseling firm, assisting institutions manage their interest rate risk and invest in mortgage-backed securities (MBS). The subsequent ten years were spent managing the agency and non-agency MBS portfolios at a public mortgage REIT along with managing the firm’s interest rate risk. Dave spent the 10 years prior to joining Country Club Bank as a partner in a private hedge fund trading non-agency MBS.
