"CC Capital Advisors provided our company with excellent guidance throughout the whole process. Their experience and guidance throughout was invaluable to myself and our team. From the creation of the CIM, to the acceptance of the final bid price and through closing, CCCA was there to guide us through everything."

Corporate Transactions Group works in tandem with buy-side clients to carefully develop acquisition strategies that will result in successful transactions that ultimately enhance shareholder value. Our proven process starts with understanding client criteria and objectives for an acquisition. We research a client’s industry and seek creative alternatives beyond what a client has considered that could be complementary to the business.

Our buy-side model is defined by the identification of targets coupled with an outreach tailored to each target company. A well-defined strategy and acquisition criteria enables Corporate Transactions Group to utilize multiple sources to identify targets and prioritize which will best fit the client’s objectives.

We present clients with target options, then negotiate with the top prospects to secure the best possible valuation, structure and terms for our client. Finally, we ensure a successful closing by coordinating the necessary due diligence and documentation for each transaction.
