Lauren Polich

Lauren Polich is an Assistant Vice President and Trust Administrator II at Country Club Bank, a division of First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), where she manages high-value client portfolios and drives process improvements to enhance trust management services. With a focus on collaboration, problem-solving and strategic planning, Lauren is committed to delivering exceptional client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Lauren has extensive experience in the areas of trust and wealth management. She was a Trust Advisor/AVP at UMB Bank, overseeing portfolios exceeding $470 million and collaborating with high-net-worth clients on estate planning strategies. At Creative Planning, where her roles included Trust Officer and Trust Operations Team Manager, Lauren managed trust account openings and spearheaded operational initiatives to improve service delivery.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of General Studies degree in psychology with a concentration in sociology from the University of Kansas. She is also a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).
