Thumb Electric Cooperative Acquisition of Air Advantage, LLC

 

CCCA is pleased to announce our client Thumb Electric Cooperative (TEC) has executed a definitive agreement to purchase Air Advantage, LLC. This acquisition will complement TEC’s plans to expand and enhance internet services throughout the Thumb of Michigan. The transaction is pending customary regulatory approvals.
