Michael Gross spent the first 15 years of his insurance career proposing property casualty solutions for business owners. He then sold his agency to a bank and helped to transition those small business clients into a new environment. The second 15 years of his insurance career have been spent developing product, training sales force, and proposing employee benefit solutions for brokers and business owners. He has experience in presenting solutions to business owners in the areas of needs analysis, risk management, benefits planning and strategic implementation. Mike is currently focused on life insurance review to analyze clients’ current benefit needs. Mike is also a Licensed and Certified Medicare Specialist, assisting clients who are aging into Medicare.
Mike has been married for 45 years and enjoys all three of his adult children. As the past president for the Greater Kansas City Association of Health Underwriters he finds opportunities to volunteer in various Overland Park charities. Mike attended University of Nebraska at Omaha with a special interest in Marketing & Business Administration and after 23 years of service he is retired from the United States Army Reserve.
