FAQs

You are not automatically signed up for online statements, but if you already have online banking it’s easy to switch.

Just log in to your online banking account and go to the Customer Service tab, then click Change Document Delivery Method.

Under Delivery Method drop the menu down and select Online rather than Paper.

Next scroll down and click on the Service Agreement and Disclosure link to read through the agreement, and then click “I have read and agree”. Click Submit.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Changing an account to Online Statements as shown above will also enable them within the Mobile Banking app.

Online statements provide access to 24 months of statements in Online Banking, and 13 months of statements in Mobile Banking. If you need older statements, please contact your banker.

No, online statements are provided at no cost.
